Blue Door develop residential properties in the Northampton area. We use a small but select band of tradesmen who provide high-quality workmanship. These tradesmen are available to you for other work and you can contact them via this website.
Although Blue Door undertake most of the work in renovating properties ourselves; we have built up a team of high-quality tradesmen we use where specialist knowledge or skill is needed or to meet regulatory requirements.
These tradesmen are all independent but we are pleased to be able to list them on our website.

If you have a plot of land with outline planning permission (?) but don't want to build yourself but want to sell let us know.
New Build Projects
Blue Door are experienced at building new residential properties. We also have associate Architects and Designers who can obtain Planning Permission and produce the detailed design needed for approval before building can commence.
