Extentions
A Combined extension and renovation
This house was a 1960’s built 3 bed detached with a small kitchen in need of renovation and sitting on a large plot. The gardens although South facing were dark and overgrown.
The finished house
The accommodation now consists of 4/5 Double Bedrooms, 2 Ensuite, Family Bathroom, Large Kitchen Diner, Utility Room, Study, Lounge, Large entrance hall and Garage. The gardens are now sunny and open with new plantings, a Greenhouse and Garden BBQ Hut.
